The stay was truly enjoyable, particularly the spacious room with a comfortable king bed and sofa bed, making it great for family trips. The breakfast selection was impressive, and I appreciated the hotel's location close to the aquarium and vibrant restaurants. However, there were a few minor cleanliness issues, and the parking situation could use some improvement, especially the gravel lot at the back that gets bumpy in rain.

definitely go again next time
We stayed for 3 nights in a king room with a big bed and a double sofa bed. The pool area was super clean, and the breakfast had cage-free eggs and fresh fruit. Our room had a fridge, coffee machine, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was great at hooking us up with discounted tickets for the aquarium nearby.

The location offers stunning water views that enhance the ambiance of your stay. The proximity to local attractions and dining options gives you plenty to explore without needing to drive far.
The parking situation could use some work. limited options in front end up pushing you to a gravel back lot, which turns bumpy after rain. Plus, some maintenance details in the room stood out—the shaky faucet and rough tile work in the shower hinted that tighter upkeep is necessary for a smoother experience. Additionally, the pool temperature was an issue, particularly knowing guests come here during winter and expect a comfortable swim.

The stay was pleasant with a spacious, clean room offering a beautiful river view. The outdoor pool was great for relaxation, and the nearby aquarium was a perfect family outing. However, we faced some challenges with towel availability, and breakfast quality fluctuated during our stay. The grill service was disappointing, resembling more of a food truck than a proper dining option.

The hotel's prime location next to the aquarium was fantastic, offering friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. However, the parking situation was a real hassle, and noise from adjacent rooms could be disruptive. Overall, it’s a decent choice for those exploring the area.

would love to stay here again
The room had air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a nice seating area. Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. The fitness center was great. Breakfast included cage-free eggs, and free tea was available. The location by the river made for beautiful views. Cleaning was done only upon request, which was fine.

I gotta say, thebreakfast was absolutely incredible. really, the best I've had at any hotel I been to. And you know what? The staff was friendly. they even had a toothbrush when I needed one, didn't miss a beat!
I mean, it wasn’t exactly a bargain, but considering the comfort, I’d say it was worth it.

Spacious room with two double beds and a nice seating area made our family stay comfortable. However, the pool heater was broken, disappointing the kids who were eager to swim, and we faced delays in extending our stay due to unresponsive staff. A welcomed option were the freshly made sandwiches available in the bar, which added a nice touch.

The queen room with a water view offered a delightful stay, complemented by a fantastic breakfast and proximity to the aquarium, which made for convenient family outings. However, the air conditioning and iron were not functional, and we experienced disruptive roadwork overnight. Despite these inconveniences, the location is ideal for families looking to explore local attractions and dining options.
